Refund policy

Return Policy: Merchandise must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition with tags attached. Merchandise with odors or pet hair will be charged a cleaning fee at our discretion. Footwear must be returned in its original box in the condition you received it. Do not use the footwear box itself for shipping or a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used in the original purchase. If original form of payment is unavailable (For example: card cancelled, expired) a Getz's gift card will be issued for store credit. The amount refunded will reflect returned items plus any tax paid, less $10.00 for use of our prepaid shipping label ($10.00 per label used). Original shipping charges are non refundable.
