Shipping policy

If your order is placed by Noon Eastern Standard Time, we will typically ship items available from our Michigan warehouse the same day. Orders placed after Noon EST will be shipped the next business day. In an effort to get you your merchandise as quickly as possible, we may ship your order from multiple locations. We will email you a tracking number for each additional shipment. There will be no additional shipping charges for multiple shipments for the same order to the same address.

Very rarely some shipments are delayed due to severe weather or external circumstances; Getz's Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen situations due to weather or other extreme circumstances. In these instances any shipments that do not meet their original transit time are not eligible for a shipping charge refund.

Please note: Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority First Class Mail with a transit time of 5-7 business days

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship products outside of the United States of America.

Damage/Loss/Incorrect Address
If you received a product that was damaged in transit, or if your package was lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 1.800.746.7438.

All product and shipping materials must be available for inspection by the shipping carrier before a replacement product can be sent.

Getz's Inc. is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Any address corrections for incorrectly entered shipping addresses will result in additional shipping costs.
