Insect Shield does just that without odor or the need to apply greasy ointments onto your skin. It uses permethrin, a synthetic version of a natural bug repellent produced by chrysanthemums. Effective for up to 70 washes so you can be sure it will be there when you need it. It has proven effective at repelling mosquitoes by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
